The ideal candidates will be member of our Sales Team to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client, they will make, validate and negotiate the offer and close the deal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads

• Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations

• Find and maintain prospective clients

• Is responsible for achieving sales targets for customer segments managed

• Respects the commercial policy of the customer’s segment

Qualifications

• Candidate lives in Cluj region

• Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective leads

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree (with IT preferred)

• Previous work experience in Sales is a plus

• Native or bilingual Romanian and intermediate-advanced English language

• B driving license

A Junior Deployment Support Engineer plans and supports the installation of our complete solutions, software and hardware upgrades, and other remote and onsite services. To initiate these processes, this individual collaborates with sales team, customers, and product development teams.

Deployment in IT involves ensuring that new software or hardware is functioning as it should in a customer’s ecosystem after it has been installed, configured, tested, and modified as per requirements.

Importantly, they would need to be good team players with customer service skills.
